What your tasks will be

• Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for customer projects and in-house product development.
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments, and provide recommendations for improving the overall solution architecture.
• Drive innovation and solution development for new and existing clients, understanding their requirements and matching them with the company’s skills.
• Support sales processes by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing customized solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams, encouraging enthusiasm and innovation.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to the solution architecture design.
• A natural communicator who thrives on engaging with clients and teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

What skills we are looking for

• Proven experience in software architecture and solution design.
• Strong technical project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent coding skills in multiple programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability in sales and customer relationship management, with a knack for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Fluent German and English language skills for effective communication with clients and team members.

Nice to have

• Experience and strong network in the Automotive sector is a big plus.
• Experience in UI/UX design is nice to have.
• Experience as a product owner, particularly in software product development.
